Issue with the management of .asia domains from OrderBox

We are currently facing an issue pertaining to management of .asia domains in OrderBox. If the client tries to manage the domain in the control panel, then while populating the order details, the page will blank out.

 

The client will face the following error while trying to manage .asia domains through API:

 

"Error : [t5] Error Message: No Entity found for Entityid: -1"

 

Due to this, you may not be able to complete actions that require Registry connections such as: domain name registrations, renewals, transfers, name server modifications, contact modifications etc.

 

Please note that this will have no impact on the resolution / working of your already registered domain names.

 

We are working to get this issue resolved at the earliest.

The issue pertaining to management of .asia domains from the OrderBox stands fixed. You should now be able to manage your .asia domains.
