Service Downtime on Business Email

We are currently facing an issue with the Dovecot on our Business email service, clients may encounter the error  “Connection Error” OR “LGI-0003 Categories=ERROR Message='Unknown problem:” while opening their account via webmail interface or while connecting through their email clients.


Our Senior System Administrators are working towards resolving the issue at the earliest.


We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Please watch this thread for further updates.

We would like to inform you that the issue related with logins on the Business mail server has been resolved and you wont face any issues in login to your account.

UPDATE on Accounts missing emails:


On Wednesday, Jan 18th 2017 at about 07:10:15 hrs GMT we observed a file system error on one of our mail storage servers. We attempted to failover to a passive replica but it took additional time as the server was experiencing I/O errors

We then took the storage pair out of production in order to restore consistency of the filesystem. We have started this maintenance but due to the large amount of data on the server we expect this to take a few more hours.In the meanwhile, clients can access the new incoming mails as we have setup the primary server to serve current mail traffic.Currently, you will see new emails but will not be able to see older emails i.e., from Dec. 1st 2016 till Jan 17th 2017 until we complete the filesystem maintenance on the original servers.
We will keep you posted via this forum with our latest developments.

The older mails from December 1st 2016 till January 17th 2017 have been restored for all accounts in the server. If you had deleted mails during this time period, then those mails would appear back since we have restored all the mails.
