Intermittent issues faced on our Business and Enterprise email service

We are facing authentication issues on Business and Enterprise email packages, due to which you might encounter username/password pop ups in your mail clients.


Also we are facing load issues on our Inbound servers due to which the incoming mails are received after some delay.


This issue has been escalated to our Server Administration team and they are working on it on top priority. We will keep posting updates here.


Please keep an eye on this thread for further updates.

UPDATE:

We are getting complaints about authentication pop ups and our system administration team is already looking into the issue.

 

In case you are encountering the error, kindly update our support team with the following details:

1. Email account on which the error is encountered.

2. Mail client details

3. Are you using pop or imap ?

4. A screenshot of the error message

 

These details will help us identify your issue better and resolve it faster.
