Login issue faced on our Business and Enterprise email service

We have found out that login issues are being encountered by our clients on webmail as well as mail client. Webmail gives error while logging in and authentication pop ups are encountered on mail clients repeatedly.


This issue has been escalated to our Server Administration team and they are working on it on top priority. We will keep posting updates here.

The issue has been resolved and you wont face any issues in login to your webmail account. We appreciate your patience and cooperation and apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the issue.

In continuation to the tasks we are carrying out to improve the servers integrity, we would like to keep you updated with the proactive steps we are taking on our end.

-->> We had a large subset of our customer's mail on NFS servers and very few of these users were receiving burst of mails which caused the entire storage server services to be affected. Our old IMAP server didnt have capability to throttle such burst mails and so we upgraded to newer version to process throttling of these mails.
-->> We have optimized some more NFS options to speedup mail services
-->> We have also added more disks on the server, so our NFS servers can support more threads which will inturn increase speed mail services.
